Stable Connections 

Stable Connections is a program developed for youth from the Grief Reach Program at Penn Hospice's Children’s Bereavement Program.  It is specifically designed for families in the 2nd and 3rd years following the death of a loved one.  This program aims to join families together in shared experiences four times a year.
