Leading the Way

Leading the Way is an equine-assisted learning (EAL) program designed to increase self-awareness and self-regulation, and promote pro-social learning for youth through peer-to-peer leadership with horses.

Focused on developing emerging leaders, Leading the Way creates an EAL leadership academy, providing students who receive emotional support with opportunities to grow into leadership roles not otherwise traditionally afforded at school.
